yep man, all it takes is one time and it'll change your mind. I mean, I hope you never have an accident or anything bad like that to change your mind, just saying.

However, I think you should be at least 18 to get your license and be mandatory, until you're 18 or 21 to choose to wear a seatbelt or not. 16 year olds these days, are just too wild and care free.
